Kerala's Agriculture Minister, T. Siddique, emphasized the pressing need for educational frameworks to adapt to the demands of a knowledge-driven society. His remarks came during a ceremonial event to welcome students back to school in Wayanad district.
“It’s imperative that our education system cultivates an environment filled with love, care, and inclusivity,” Siddique stated, encouraging educators to foster spaces that inspire a passion for learning. He further pointed out that it is essential for children to develop resilience and problem-solving skills as part of their growth.
Highlighting the importance of educational equity,the Minister called attention to the necessity of collaborative efforts among families and educators to ensure that all children, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds,have access to quality education. He advocated for teaching methods that embrace inclusivity and support for every learner.
In addition, Siddique addressed the topic of infrastructure enhancement,bringing attention to a significant project underway in region. He mentioned the development of a key bridge, asserting that initiatives like this are being carried out with environmental considerations at forefront.
The event was presided over by I.C. Balakrishnan, MLA, alongside notable guests such as Chandrika Krishnan,the president of the Wayanad district panchayat,and Lissy Sabu,the president of the Mullankolly grama panchayat.
