Mysuru division of South Western Railway celebrated International Day of Yoga on Sunday,June 21,2026,at Railway Samudaya Bhavana. Vibrant event featured yoga session led by senior officers and staff,focusing on yoga's role in healthy living.
Divisional Railway Manager Mudit Mittal spoke on yoga's impact,saying it boosts physical fitness,mental well-being. He urged attendees to make yoga a daily habit,especially with rising stress levels today. “Yoga nurtures physical fitness,mental well-being,and inner harmony,” he remarked.
Trainer Raghu,honored for 23 years of dedication,inspired many in community. Celebrations weren't just at Railway Samudaya Bhavana; similar sessions happened at major railway stations across Mysuru division.
