Deadline for digitizing Waqf properties has been pushed to July 2. Tribunal in charge of Waqf matters made the call,hoping to speed up registration and build a fuller digital record.
System now holds 63,939 properties,with 54,550 institutions approved. Some 33,929 more from recent survey also cleared . Chairman Azmatullah Huseini highlighted these figures as signs of major progress in digitization push.
Huseini urged mutawallis,committees,and stakeholders to make use of this extra time. He emphasized need for everyone to confirm property details and finish registration and approvals by new deadline . Board expects this extension to boost management of Waqf assets across state.
